- Account information: Email address and password (or Google account details if you sign in with Google)
- Content you upload: YouTube links, PDFs, images, and text that you submit for study material generation
- Usage data: Flashcards created, quiz results, study progress, and feature usage
- Technical data: Browser type, device information, and basic analytics
- Payment data: Payment information is processed by Razorpay. We do not store credit card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate flashcards, quizzes, and summaries from your content
- To personalize your study experience and schedule reviews
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send occasional product updates (you can opt out)
- To improve the Service based on usage patterns
- To respond to support inquiries
3. AI Processing
When you upload content (YouTube links, PDFs, images, or text), we send this content to third-party AI services (OpenRouter, OpenAI) to generate study materials. This is necessary for the core functionality of the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) and hosted on Vercel. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Supabase: Database and authentication provider
- OpenRouter / OpenAI: AI processing of your content
- Razorpay: Payment processing (for premium users)
- Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Access your data at any time from your dashboard
- Delete your account and all associated data by contacting support
- Export your study materials
- Opt out of marketing emails
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. Supabase uses cookies to manage your login session.
8. Children's Privacy
Studiora is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.
